A Bit About Me

Extremely passionate, dynamic, solutions-oriented innovative leader with over 15  years of successful sales in a vehicle service contract call center environment. Proven ability to impact customers as well as team members and management, through memorable interactions and shared insights. Seeking opportunities to leverage skills to positively influence individuals and organizations. Holding over 6+ years of experience in executive coaching, team building, leadership development, complex problem-solving analysis, negotiation and persuasion, and strategic planning.

Stepping into a training manger position 6 years ago was one of the most rewarding experiences to have. Then to leave that, to help grow a new vehicle service contract company that was only a couple years old, gaining that position back, exceeding into the general sales manager, ongoing training and coaching was a must. By understanding the principles behind every aspect of sales, communication, along with strategic planning, a newly renovated up to date sales process was implemented, that greatly contributed to the business's success. In the 5 years of service toward development, the company profit almost doubled each year. On going training and coaching has always been a need in any sales environment, getting back what we put in, to ourselves, as well as others.

All of which has helped create "2 Times Training". Dedicated to business development and ongoing coaching that is personalized for each aspect and area of opportunity toward company growth.
